Samuel Levi and Eva Mozes lived in the neighbourhood of Frankfurt am Main.

He is described as beeing about 36 year of age, black hair, average posture. He choose the family name of Bloemhof and the first name: Abraham. He declared that he had 4 sons, and daughters. His descendents called themselves later on: Bloemhof, Blomhof, Blomhoff. The region of Wetterau is situated to the north of Frankfurt am Main.
