In 1899 he inherited part of La Primera Estancia including the house, in 1997 still in the family. On 21 Dec 1916, he bought El Mirador and on 30 Jan 1917 he bought Don Rodolfo, both located in Arenaza, Lincoln, Provincia de Buenos Aires. On 30 Oct 1925 he buys La Haydée in district of Rivadavia Provincia de Buenos Aires, also with his brother Enrique, Fortín Once in Roberts, Provincia de Buenos Aires. and Tongoril, in Líbano, Provincia de Buenos Aires.
