On 29 Nov 1853 she inherited Los Retamos, and moved there to live on 14 May 1861(today Tristán Suarez, Provincia de Buenos Aires). This property remained in the family up to the death of Irene M.M. Rowe in 1982. Dominga Susannah also inherited from her son Jorge part of the estancia La Morocha, today in the district of General Alvear, Provincia Buenos Aires, 1.671 Ht. It was renamed Clermont. The remainder 1.373 Ht. went to Ana Chiappe, which included the house. The estancia originally had approximately 4.400 Ht., and the remaining 2.000 went to the descendants of Galo Lot Thompson. George Rowe bought over 1.600 Ht over and above his part of La Morocha.
